A training package for government officials,
industry policy makers and otherson
the hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP)
methodology for assuring the safety of the food chain. The
package was developed jointly by ICD and WHO in collaboration
with FAO. The package, including a CD ROM, is available
from WHO
and single
copies of the CD ROM are available from ICD.
Translation of the HACCP training package
into Italian, other language versions are in preparation.
HACCP training programmes in China, Indonesia,
the Philippines, Thailand and Zimbabwe, supported by ICD,
FAO and WHO.
